63% of Russian companies have banned employees to attend social networks

To date, 63% of Russian companies are forbidden to visit social networking sites. Among them are sites such as ... py ...
This was announced on Thursday, June 23, Research Center portal Superjob. ru, which is 8.2 in June 1000 conducted a survey of Russian organizations.





The study showed that with the growing popularity of social networking is growing number of companies introducing a ban on their visit: from June 2008 the number of such organizations has increased by 9% ( from 54% to 63%).
Also found that more often than other entrance to block the social networking company with more than 5,000 people (85%).
31% of organizations do not intentionally block access to social networks, then to take action against staff members who are interested in communicating on the Internet.
As spoken by the companies surveyed, this policy is primarily due to the fact that communication on the Internet takes away a huge amount of staff time, diverting them from the solution of professional tasks.
The survey was conducted across Russia among professionals staffing services companies.
